“Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.” Proverbs 16:24 NIV |
God's Glory |
As
I survey the billowing clouds, It feels like heaven here on earth. The glinting gold, and rays of light, Catch my eye and I catch my breath. |
Above the earth and looking down, It looks like heaven here on earth. The senses pricked, overflowing With glorious information. |
As far as my eyes can strain to
see It appears to be heaven here on earth. Myriad patterns and beautiful sights Too much for the beholder. |
I have to squint at the bright
shining light Which must be heaven here on earth. God’s glory, God’s grandeur, Is here for all to see. |
From my aircraft seat, my
thoughts lift up To Him who sits in glory. But this is not heaven here on earth Just the wonder of creation. |
The best is yet to come. |
